Cerulean Quarter is the second new neighbourhood by the English Cities Fund in Canning Town, following the highly successful transformation of Rathbone Market into new homes and public facilities.

The fund began working in partnership with Newham Council in Canning Town in 2008 and through a £200 million investment at Rathbone Market we have delivered:

• 653 new homes in three buildings Vermilion, Aurelia and Lumire
• New library and community hub
• Two public squares
• A new public space for Rathbone Market

Cerulean Quarter will be an exciting, vibrant, inclusive and connected new community, located in a brand new public park.
